What we store

The credentials, license and registration numbers, expiration dates, continuing education records and documents you choose to enter or upload, plus your name, role, states and email address.

Where it is stored

Your account is stored with Supabase: data is encrypted with 256-bit AES where it is stored and with TLS on the way, and your documents sit in a private file store that only your own account can open.

Document reading

When you upload a document, its contents are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to read fields such as the number and expiration date. Documents are not used to train AI models. The provider may keep request data for a limited time for safety monitoring under its own policy, then deletes it.

AI answers

When you ask a question that the app does not answer on its own, the question is sent to the same AI service (Anthropic) together with the names and expiration dates of your credentials and the app's reference text for that section, so the answer can be specific to you. Your license, DEA and NPI numbers are not sent. Questions are not used to train AI models, and the app keeps only a count of how many you ask.

Reminders

If you have an account, your email address, time zone, and the names and expiration dates of your credentials are used to send reminders by email (delivered by Resend), and, if you turn them on, pop-up alerts to your device. Turn reminders off in Settings at any time.

Payments

Pro is paid through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us; we only learn whether your subscription is active.

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which screens are used. It does not receive your credentials, numbers, documents or anything you type. Advertising features are turned off.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, share it with employers, insurers or recruiters, or show advertising.

Health data

MyAPPHub is a credentialing and reference tool. It is not a medical record, holds no patient data, and is not a HIPAA-covered service. Do not enter patient information.

Your choices

Export your data from Settings → Export everything. Delete your account and its data from Settings → Delete my account. Signing out removes your information and documents from that device.

Children

MyAPPHub is for licensed clinicians and is not directed at anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, the date above changes and the new version is posted here.
