The service

MyAPPHub helps physician assistants and nurse practitioners track licenses, registrations, certifications, continuing education and documents, and provides clinical reference material.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. MyAPPHub is made for licensed physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and students in those programs, in the United States.

You remain responsible

Reminders and summaries are aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for meeting your licensing, certification and continuing education requirements and deadlines. MyAPPHub does not file renewals or report to any board for you. Requirements change; confirm them with the primary source.

Reference only, not medical advice

Clinical content, including dosing, condition cards, red flags, pearls, codes, DOT criteria, AI answers and state or telehealth information, is general educational reference for licensed clinicians. It is not medical, legal or billing advice, does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and does not replace your own professional judgment, a full assessment of your patient or the current guidelines that apply to you. It may be incomplete or out of date. Do not use it for emergencies; call 911.

Check the primary source

“Primary source” means the organization that issues or governs the item: for a license, your state licensing board; for controlled substance registration, the DEA and your state’s controlled substance authority; for board certification, the NCCPA, ANCC or AANPCB; for BLS, ACLS and PALS, the American Heart Association, and for ATLS, the American College of Surgeons; for DOT medical examiner rules, the FMCSA (49 CFR part 391); for diagnosis codes, the official ICD-10-CM code set from the CDC and CMS; for medicines, the FDA-approved prescribing information. Check the primary source before you act on anything in the app.

AI features

Documents read by AI and answers written by AI can be wrong. Check every number and date the AI fills in, and verify AI answers before relying on them.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the accuracy of what you enter. Do not upload patient information or anything you do not have the right to store.

Links to other websites

Links to boards, agencies and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from More → MyAPPHub Pro → Manage or cancel Pro. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that takes away something you paid for, we will tell you by email.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other people.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAPPHub and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed deadline, a lapsed license, registration or certification, or a clinical decision. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Hold harmless

You agree to hold MyAPPHub and its owner harmless from claims arising from your use of the service in your practice or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date above changes and we tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
